High Point, N.C. - iSurity, Inc. is very pleased to announce that John C. Baker has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2005. John has served as Chief Financial Officer for ten years, since the formation of the corporation. He brings a wealth of insurance, financial and accounting knowledge to his new role, which will focus on both the day-to-day and strategic operations of the organization. John is a graduate of Indiana University and has achieved designations as both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). He is also active in various Triad service organizations, currently serving as the Spokesman for the High Point Rotary Club and on the Board of Directors of the Guilford County Humane Society.
John replaces Clifford L. Baker in the role of CEO. Cliff will continue to serve as President of iSurity and will concentrate on special projects. “John possesses and has exhibited the superior knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his new role. His broad operational experience will be invaluable as iSurity enters it’s tenth year of business. This shifting of responsibilities will ensure that iSurity is positioned for continued success in the future,” comments Cliff Baker.
