Monthly Payment Plan

Prompt payment of monthly iSurity bills ensures you have the coverage you depend on.  The monthly installment billings occur in this way:

• On the 15th of the month,  monthly installment billings are issued to insureds
• The installment billing is due by the 1st day of the next month
• Checks should be made payable to the NCME Fund
• If payment is not received by the 15th day of the following month, a late notice is sent to the insured via certified mail and to the agent via regular mail. That late notice requests payment by the cancellation date.
• If payment is not received prior to the cancellation date, the policy will be canceled and a final notice of cancellation will be issued to the insured and agent.

Reporting Forms

• During the last week of each month, blank reporting forms that need to be completed for that particular month are mailed to insureds.
• Completed reporting forms and the appropriate premium payment are due by the 10th of the following month.
• Checks should be made payable to the NCME Fund.
• If payment is not received by the 15th of the following month, a late notice is sent to the insured via certified mail and to the agent via regular mail. 
• The late notice requests payment by the cancellation date.
• If payment is not received prior to the cancellation date, the policy will be canceled and a final notice of cancellation will be issued to the insured and agent. 

ACH (Automatic Drafting) Payment Option

Customers who are insured through the NCME Fund may choose to have the convenience of automatic drafting (ACH) for their payments.  ACH Payment details include:

• To participate, the insured must complete and sign an ACH Authorization Agreement which outlines the terms of the program.
• A voided check or deposit slip for the account that payments will be drawn from must be provided.
• The insured may change from one payment plan option to another during the policy term by completing and signing the appropriate forms.
• At each renewal the NCME insured must complete and sign a new ACH form with their relevant account information, to activate the draft payment option.
